Wales and will set up the court proceedings, contact the other side with
a copy of the draft proceedings and demand that you are paid within seven days.
When you are paid we only ask you to pay us our 10% commission. If you
are not paid you can then decide if you want to go ahead with issuing the
proceedings - or not.
