Wales and will set up the court proceedings, contact the other side with
a copy of the draft proceedings and demand that you are paid within seven days.
If you are paid without further action we only ask you to pay our processing
fee of £25.00. If you are not paid you can then decide if you want
to go ahead with issuing the proceedings - or not. Please see our
costs page - you will note that our average fee is just
£65.00 but can be lower or higher depending on the size of your
claim.
