| Court Fees For Making a Claim |

Below are listed
the Court Fees which were updated on 1st October 2007. The court fee must be
paid when the Claim Form (Summons) is submitted to the Court and will be added
to your claim. In addition there is now a fee to pay when a hearing is
appointed. These are listed separately below.

| Claim Link's Success Fee (Commission) |

Claim Link charges
just 10% of the net sum recovered. That means that
we do not charge you commission on recovered court fees, only the actual debt.
We do request £50.00 advance commission on issue of proceedings to cover
our expenses - this will be discounted from your final
commission.
Please note that our minimum charge is £50.00
and you should factor this in when deciding to pursue a claim for small amounts
of money.

- After the
claim is issued there is no Allocation fee for claims below £1,500.
However, there is an allocation fee of £35.00 which must be paid by the
Claimant to the court if the claim is between £1,500.00 and
£5,000.00 and is set down for a court hearing. For claims over
£5,000.00 the Allocation fee is £200.00
- On
obtaining judgment enforcement may be required. A schedule of Court Fees for
enforcing is listed below.

After the issuing of
proceedings the Defendant has 21 days to reply. They have the following
options:
- To ignore
the claim
- To admit
the claim in full
- To defend
the claim in full
- To admit
part of the claim
If no response is received by the
court, Judgment in Default can be applied for. |

Claim Link will
assess your claim and advise you of the options in order to move forward. When
you are happy to proceed we will prepare your Court documents, file them at
Court, liaise with the Court and the Defendant and advise you as to how to
prepare your document bundle in the event that you should need to attend Court.
Please note that we will forward all documents to you for approval
prior to filing at court. These will be in editable PDF format so that any
modifications can be quickly incorporated. If you are not able to open PDF
documents we will provide a link for you to download the free Adobe Acrobat
software.
