charge. We fully explain what you will get for your money on our page at
how we work and the court fees are explained on

consultant? |

Yes. Our consultants have a limited
portfolio of clients in order that they attend to clients' requirements on an
individual basis.
| Can Claim-Link advise us on
existing legal issues? |
| |
Please note that we do not offer

| In the event of things going
horribly wrong will you assist with our negotiations with the court or the
other side? |
| |
Yes. But please keep in mind that the
main objective of our service is prevention - not cure.
| If I lose will I have to pay
costs to the other side? |
| |
The District Judge has the option to
award travel expenses, loss of earnings and interest to the other side. If the
other side have legal representation the judge will decide just how essential
this was before making a costs decision.
However, if the Claimant is
foolish enough to bring a spurious claim to the court or blatantly tell lies or
misrepresenting the facts the judge will take certainly frown on such behaviour
and could award all costs to the other side.
