Will Claim-Link be making any additional charges above those published on this web site?

Please take note that depending on the progress of your claim there may be additional court fees to pay for the allocation of a court hearing or enforcing judgments. These are fully explained on our costs page.

Yes. Our consultants have a limited portfolio of clients in order that they attend to clients' requirements on an individual basis.

Can Claim-Link advise us on existing legal issues?

Please note that we do not offer specific legal advice. It may be appropriate to refer you to a specialist solicitor. Please email us with details using admin@claim-link.co.uk and we will let you know.

Yes. But please keep in mind that the main objective of our service is prevention - not cure.

If I lose will I have to pay costs to the other side?

The District Judge has the option to award travel expenses, loss of earnings and interest to the other side. If the other side have legal representation the judge will decide just how essential this was before making a costs decision.

However, if the Claimant is foolish enough to bring a spurious claim to the court or blatantly tell lies or misrepresenting the facts the judge will take certainly frown on such behaviour and could award all costs to the other side.
