Small Claims Court service to Claimant's
who have problems with recovery of money which they are owed.
Our
service extends throughout England and Wales and includes:
- Assessment of the
circumstances.
- Briefing the Claimant as to the
court process.
- Preparation of the court documents
for issuing proceedings.
- Forward a Notice Prior To Action
and a copy of the draft proceedings to the Defendant before proceedings are
issued.
- Filing of documents and the court
fee at court.
- Forwarding the Confirmation of Issue
to the Claimant.

completion of all court documents received from the court.

Our support service is provided by email, telephone and
the comprehensive information pages contained in this web site. As soon as your
claim details are received an advisor will be allocated to you who will make
contact with you as quickly as possible.
Your claim will be assessed and a Letter
Prior To Action sent to the Defendant. The Defendant will be placed on notice
to pay you within 10 days and you will be:
- Advised of the final date whereby
the Defendant can make payment if proceedings are to be avoided.
- Your next action.
.After the 10 day notice period you will be advised as to:
- Your next action.
- The information which you must
assemble.
- Confirmation of the Court fee and
administration charges and how to pay them.
As soon as the court fee and administration cost is
cleared at our bank we will:
- Issue the proceedings if the
Defendant fails to forward your funds to you.
- Copy the Notice of Issue to
you.
- Advise you of your next
action.
- Maintain contact with you as the
claim progresses.
N.B If the Defendant
pays you in full prior to the issue of proceedings your Court Fee will be
immediately refunded in full.
If proceedings are issued you will
receive by email a confirmation from the court. At this stage the Defendant has
the option to pay the claimed amount in full. Interest, court fee and administration charges will have been added
to the claim.
