If someone owes you money, small claims court action is often needed to recover your funds but many people are reluctant to do this. And these are the most common reasons:

When you are paid we only ask you to pay us our 10% commission. If you are not paid you can then decide if you want to go ahead with issuing the proceedings - or not.
