very firm Privacy Policy which incorporates the following:
- No client details are
revealed to other parties not involved in the client's claim.
- Information in respect of
the client's claim are not discussed with Defendant's without the express
permission of the client.
- The client is able to
effect alterations or deletions to information on our files by either
telephoning us or by post or email. Please see our contact page.
- Client names, addresses and
email details are NOT revealed to marketing, promotional or telesales companies
or to spammers.
- Identification details are
established prior to telephone discussions in respect of client details.
- Clients are informed of all
correspondence, telephone enquiries in respect of their matters and permission
is obtained from clients prior to any response.
The information which we
hold on file is restricted to the following:

- Telephone numbers
- Email address
- Claim details including
financial loss
- Defendant details
